Who Are You Talking To?

 

Jim and Sheila encourage us to have honest communication with God.  They emphasize to pray to the father in Jesus' name, being honest and open and talking just as you would your best friend. They quote John, where Jesus tells their disciples that whatever they ask the father in their name, they will give them. Jim also references 1 Timothy, where it is stated that there is one God and one mediator between God and man, Jesus Christ. Jim concludes with prayer by thanking the father for wanting to talk to them in prayer and asking for humility and open hearts this week as they pray for all those who need it.
